AI Solution Architect

The AI Solution Architect will play a critical role in bridging business goals with advanced AI and data-driven technology solutions. This role involves designing scalable, secure, and enterprise-aligned architectures while managing relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI, data architecture, and cloud platforms, along with strong leadership and project management skills to drive digital transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals, operational challenges, and transformation needs.
• Translate business requirements into data architectures that drive measurable business value.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on data and AI-enabled transformation.
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate emerging AI and machine learning technologies into enterprise environments.
• Stay current with AI, automation, and data analytics trends to identify innovation opportunities.
• Design and deliver end-to-end data and AI solutions that are scalable, secure, and compliant.
• Work with enterprise architecture teams to create blueprints, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional project teams through full project life cycles using agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines effectively while maintaining delivery quality.
• Oversee and guide MSPs in complex delivery environments to ensure high-quality solution outcomes.

• Strong AI knowledge with expertise in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in ETL tools, data integration, and pipeline design.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Databricks.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in enterprise environments.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• 4–5 years of experience in Data Management, Data Architecture, or Solution Architecture.
• Experience managing MSPs and leading technical project teams.
