Senior Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Manager – Data Architect who combines strong technical expertise in cloud data platforms, AI technologies, and enterprise data architecture with exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills. This role will partner closely with business leaders to design and deliver AI-driven, data‑centric solutions that support strategic growth and innovation across the organization.

• Partner with business and technology leaders to define data‑driven strategies and align architecture solutions with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure data architectures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for data modernization and AI adoption initiatives.
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate AI and machine learning technologies into enterprise platforms.
• Develop proof‑of‑concepts to test emerging AI use cases and demonstrate business value.
• Stay informed on advancements in AI, automation, and data analytics to drive continuous innovation.
• Design and implement modern data architectures using AWS, Azure, or GCP
  , ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Leverage Databricks, data lakes, and data warehousing solutions to build scalable data ecosystems.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to document architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and roadmaps.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Lead and oversee Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure effective project execution.
• Apply Agile or hybrid methodologies for project delivery and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering AI‑enabled solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data integration technologies.
• Experience managing and leading MSPs in complex delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL design, and data warehousing.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks, Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience designing AI‑driven data pipelines and architecture governance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
