Position: Employee development and recruiting manager

We are a local transportation company based in Richmond that has been around for 15 years, each year expanding and growing a little more.

We are looking to add someone to our leadership team who will oversee our recruiting department as well as help recruit for additional roles here and there. This role will also develop employees to grow into leadership roles from within our company. Currently we have several employees who have started as line level associates and are now a part of our leadership team.

We are also looking for someone who has a background in Human Resources to bring more structure to our culture. We currently work with a company to stay abreast of changing state laws and regulations, and we would like this role to learn and own this aspect of the business, with assistance from the owners.
