We are seeking an HR Manager who is experienced and passionate about making a difference in the lives of both residents and staff.

The Role

You will be the driving force behind our people-first culture

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and retention for clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Foster a culture of respect, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records accurately and confidentially
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and healthcare-specific labor regulations
  • Serve as an approachable and proactive resource for staff conflict resolution, coaching, and support
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and training coordination
  • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and staff development
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care (HR certification a plus)
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and healthcare compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Compassionate, organized, and mission-driven
