Responsibilities:
- Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage payroll for a workforce of over 500 employees, addressing discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to execute payroll tasks and maintain system updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify employee information and ensure proper payroll setup.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure payroll records align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle tax filings and deductions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions in a thorough and attentive manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive payroll data.
- Generate reports and provide analysis to support business operations and decision-making.
- Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Requirements - Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
- Expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations.
- Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage payroll for large employee groups (over 500 employees).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills to interact with employees and stakeholders.
