Human Resources Assistant

We’re looking for an entry-level HR Operations Consultant eager to gain hands-on experience supporting employees across the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on onboarding, HR administration, data accuracy, and reporting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Support new hire onboarding (offer letters, background checks, I-9/Canadian eligibility docs, onboarding trackers)
• Coordinate Day 1 onboarding activities, IT setup, and orientation communications
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems (Success Factors and/or UKG)
• Assist with employee job changes and HR documentation
• Support HR reporting, benefits data, and recognition programs (Bravo)
• Help coordinate local HR events, ERG initiatives, and internship programs

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 0–2 years of HR experience or internships

• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working with HR systems and MS Office tools
• General knowledge of HR operations and compliance
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a team environment
• Multinational or matrixed environment experience is a plus

Contract-to-hire, starting between $20 - $22/hr, with a potential increase in pay upon conversion in ~3 months.
