The HR Manager/Sr. HR Business Partner will provide HR leadership and guidance by partnering with business leaders. This role focuses on strategic HR initiatives including Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Compensation & Benefits. The position also drives recruitment strategies, retention, legal compliance, payroll, communication, orientation, and training.

• Partners with business leaders to align HR strategy with business initiatives.
• Acts as a change agent, driving transformation agendas and leading communication and engagement activities.
• Establishes robust recruitment processes to attract and retain talent.
• Implements and administers employee and labor relations programs, including compensation, performance management, benefits, and recognition.
• Facilitates training and development programs for managers and the workforce.
• Provides coaching and advice to managers and employees.
• Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.
• Administers programs in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Conducts exit interviews and analyzes data for improvements.
• Provides Employee Relations expertise and shapes local ER strategy.
• Promotes diversity initiatives within the area or country.
• Supports timely and effective communication and administration of deliverables.
