Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Benefits Coordinator located in Richmond, VA. The Payroll Benefits Coordinator will handle payroll administration, manage employee benefits programs, process garnishments, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The role requires maintaining accurate records, addressing employee inquiries, and collaborating with HR personnel.

• Experience in Payroll Administration
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits
• Proficiency in handling Garnishments and compliance-related processes
• Understanding of the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy in compliance and documentation
• Proficiency in payroll and benefits software is a plus
• Associate/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
