Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

Supervisory support to the facilities leadership team for all aspects of the day‑to‑day operation of the EVS department.

• Supports and trains EVS Attendants to ensure results meet or exceed company expectations.
• Works with Facilities Supervisor to create tasks and checklists.
• Holds department pre-shift briefings and delegates job assignments per guidance of the Facilities Manager.
• Ensures operation is OSHA and Hazcom compliant, including maintenance of departmental MSD Sheets.
• Ensures all equipment and chemicals are safely labeled, stored, and staff are fully educated on usage/hazards.
• Receives equipment and supplies and coordinates distribution and storage in an organized fashion.
• Ensures storage areas are labeled and maintained in good order.
• Monitors equipment condition and ensures it is properly maintained.
• Resolves problems within position’s scope and recommends solutions for issues beyond scope to supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high‑volume hospitality environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

• Required to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Frequent standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and talking or hearing.
• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May work long hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Noise level usually moderate to loud.
• Environment may vary with crowds, noise, flashing lights, and smoke depending on station and guest volume.
