Overview
The Country Club of Virginia is seeking an energetic and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. This manager will rotate through multiple dining outlets, providing coverage where needed and supporting the overall Food & Beverage operation. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys developing teams, and thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and model platinum-level member service at all times
- Support Outlet Managers with daily FOH operations, scheduling, training, and service execution
- Lead, coach, and motivate 20–30 service team members depending on outlet assignment
- Ensure readiness, cleanliness, and proper set-up of dining areas; oversee opening and closing procedures
- Operate POS systems, assist with beverage and supply inventory, and uphold service standards and Club policies
- Participate in management and service meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality strongly preferred
- Prior private club or high-volume dining experience is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal relationship skills required
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards; a passion for hospitality is essential
