Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue, and maintaining operational excellence. This role requires a strategic leader with strong financial acumen, team management skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
• Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing service improvements.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics to achieve operational goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, company policies, and local regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, employees, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to optimize business performance.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of hotel staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably within a branded hotel.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent financial and business acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and guest service skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
