• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company‑mandated standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, and surrounding areas.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report using the hotel lost‑and‑found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Team player.
• Ability to exceed guest expectations.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards.
