Responsibilities

The Supervisor is responsible for oversight of LTSS/Waiver healthcare case management staff, including the organization and development of high performing teams. Works closely with functional area managers to ensure consistency in clinical interventions supporting our members. Accountable for meeting the financial, operational and quality objectives of the unit.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years post master’s degree clinical experience required for Behavioral Health License; and 3+ years post-bachelor's clinical experience for Registered Nurse License. Preferably, in LTSS Case Management experience.
  • One of the following active and unrestricted Virginia state licenses is required:
    Registered Nurse, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
  • Willing and able to participate in up to 25% travel within the state of VA to complete audits and visits with clinical staff as needed. Reliable transportation is required. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy.
  • Must reside in Virginia.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Managed Medicare/Medicaid experience.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives.
  • Ability to evaluate and interpret data, identify areas of improvement, and focus on interventions to improve outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Providers, Members, Staff and other Leaders both in oral and written formats (e.g., may provide support to the sales staff & network staff via onsite customer visits and/or presentations).
Education
  • Master's Degree required for Behavioral Health License and/or Associates in Nursing required for Registered Nurse License.

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $80,340.00 - $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
