Regional Sales Director

Position: Regional Sales Director at Tactile Medical

Tactile Medical specializes in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency, and respiratory illnesses.

• Recruit, hire, train, and lead Territory Account Managers in assigned geographic locations.
• Establish sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Research and identify marketing opportunities. Provide analysis and evaluation of sales methods, costs, and results.
• Assist in developing and reviewing compensation and training programs for Territory Account Managers.
• Educate therapists, patients, and physicians on the Flexi Touch system and other products offered by Tactile Systems Technology through in‑services and demonstrations.
• Provide customer support training, reimbursement assistance, and resolve complaints.
• Contribute to senior management meetings with suggestions for continuous improvement and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent sales experience.
• Home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through motivation and strategic partnerships.
• 5–10 years experience in sales management.
• Demonstrated ability to launch new products.

• Ability to lift 20 pounds.
• Travel 70% of the time within and outside the territory for conferences and training.

US Pay Range: $125,000 – $157,500 USD.
