We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Payer Solutions to lead and innovate within our organization. In this critical role, you will develop strategic partnerships with national and regional health plans, PBMs, and managed care entities. Your focus will be on designing and implementing cutting-edge go-to-market strategies and promoting our comprehensive organizational solutions. You will navigate the complexities of sales cycles, from initial outreach to successful contract execution.

The ideal candidate will excel at identifying new opportunities within the healthcare payer landscape and possess a strong ability to close contracts and steer sales processes efficiently. A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business development with healthcare payers, PBMs, or managed care organizations is essential. Your extensive payer relationships and health plan expertise, along with a current book of business and industry contacts, will be invaluable.

We seek a candidate with a deep understanding of payer models, value-based care, and regulatory considerations. Experience selling clinical services, healthcare SaaS platforms, or data-driven health solutions is crucial. Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is required. A Bachelor s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is necessary, and a clinical or pharmacy background will be considered a plus.

This role requires a significant amount of travel, up to 50-60%, and a valid driver s license is mandatory.
