Role Description - This on-site Practice Manager role is based in Richmond, VA. The Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing workflows, maintaining budgets, ensuring adherence to company policies, and monitoring key performance metrics. They will collaborate closely with clinical team members and leadership to enhance patient experiences and streamline healthcare delivery.

• Experience in healthcare practice management, operational leadership, and team supervision
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee clinic operations and meet goals
• Proficiency in budgeting, data analysis, and performance management
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to manage relationships with staff, patients, and leadership
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and patient care standards
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare-specific software is a plus
