RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work on Women's Health Unit with 15 beds

• Patient ratios of 5-6 patients per nurse

• 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT) available per shift

• Documentation system:
Meditech

• Required to work 4 weekend days (Saturday and Sunday for night shifts)

• Floating to other units as needed

• Medical/Surgical background required

• Procedures performed include bladder challenges and vaginal packing

• No certifications required

• Dress code:
Navy Blue uniform

• Patient experience requirements include whiteboards, bedside shift reports, hourly safety rounds, and key words

• Use iMobile phones to communicate with staff, physicians, and patients

• Unit supports Dedicated Education Unit and has received Most Improved Patient Experience award
