• Number of Beds – 18
• Medical-Surgical Unit
• Number of Staff – 13 RNs, 5 LPN’S, 25 PCT’S
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 1 Clinical Coordinator 43 staff RNs 2 PCTs when census is full
  • Night Shift – 1 Clinical Coordinator 3 staff RNs 2 PCTs when census is full
• Patient Ratios – 5/6:1
• Type of equipment – Feeding pumps, peg tubes, IVs, central lines, drains, EKGs
• EMR – Meditech

Must have:
· Strong sense of Teamwork
· Compassion and Patience Preferred or nice to have:
· Strong Communication Skills
· Neuro Assessment Skills List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Assist Neurologist with bedside LPs
· Central Line Dressing Changes, Tube Feedings, Wound Care, Foley Catheter insertion Best personality Fit:
