We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. We take pride in our family-centered approach, working closely with RBTs to understand their priorities and develop highly individualized behavior intervention plans.

CompensationHourly Compensation: $80- $100
Total Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 up to base salary tiered and based on experience and competency.

- Conduct assessments
- Provide training to parents and staff
- Collaborate with other members of the team
- Maintain records and documentation
- Attend professional development activities
- Supervision of RBTs

- Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 up to base salary tiered and based on experience and competency
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
- 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
