Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sterile Processing Tech to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the sterilization process, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality and integrity of our surgical instruments and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:- Decontaminate, assemble, sterilize, and store surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols related to sterilization and infection control.
- Maintain the highest standards of sterilization.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure continuous availability of necessary equipment.
- Collaborate with surgical staff to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.

Required Skills:- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT).
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing.
- Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques, equipment, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
