Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Autism Services | Richmond, VA

Autism Center of Excellence (Autism

COE) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Richmond, VA team.

This role is open to both full-time and part-time RBTs and is ideal for clinicians who value ethical ABA practices, strong BCBA supervision, and a professional, supportive team environment. Services may be provided in multiple settings based on client needs.

Employment Type
  • Full-time (30+ hours per week consistently)

Compensation
  • Hourly pay: $22–$27 per hour (experience-dependent)
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Collect and document session data accurately and consistently
  • Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
  • Follow behavior support and safety protocols
  • Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
  • Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration

Requirements Required
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional, dependable, and compassionate work style
  • Ability to follow clinical direction from a BCBA
  • Ability to pass required background checks
