Ultrasound Technician PRN

Join CJW Medical Center's Ultrasound team as a PRN Ultrasound Technician. This role supports patient imaging, diagnostic ultrasound, and collaborative care within our Hospital.

We are looking for a dedicated practitioner who excels in patient interaction and technical ultrasound skills.

• Obtain quality ultrasound images and follow established scanning protocols.
• Manage ultrasound equipment and interpret diagnostic information.
• Use PACS, Meditech, and related software to record images, enter charges, and verify orders.
• Provide professional, courteous patient care and prepare examination rooms.
• Assist nursing or radiology staff with medication administration, biopsies, and related procedures.
• Review exams for technical accuracy and complete PACS verification.
• Collaborate with facility administrators for PACS cleanup.
• Maintain educational requirements and confidentiality of patient information.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
• Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or Registered Radiographer (ARRT) licensure.
