We are hiring experienced crisis clinicians to provide remote behavioral health crisis assessments and clinical oversight within our Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) program.
This is a senior-level role, not entry-level. Candidates must have prior assessment experience and the ability to submit redacted samples of clinical work.
Clinical work is fully remote after in-person onboarding, orientation, and initial training at our main office.
What You’ll Do- Conduct remote crisis assessments via secured HIPPA compliant telehealth platforms
- Assess suicide/homicide risk, safety concerns, substance use, cognitive functioning, trauma history, and environmental factors
- Determine medical necessity and make diagnostic determinations within scope
- Complete all required clinical documentation.
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to crisis staff connected to assigned assessments.
- Complete supervision logs, supervision notes, and chart reviews
- Participate in clinical staffing:
- Licensed clinicians: monthly
- License-eligible clinicians: twice monthly
Additional compensation available for:
- Evenings: after 7:00 PM
- Overnights: after 12:00 AM
- Weekends:
Saturday & Sunday
Priority and higher pay for nights, overnights, and weekends.
Requirements- LMHP in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) or license-eligible clinician with advanced crisis experience
- Minimum 3-5 years crisis, emergency, or acute behavioral health experience
- Independent assessment experience required
- Ability to provide redacted assessment samples
- Strong knowledge of DMAS, DBHDS, CARF and crisis regulations
- Reliable internet and HIPAA-compliant remote workspace
- Fully remote clinical work (after onboarding)
