• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Plan and prepare simple, healthy meals
• Provide medication reminders
• Support families with compassionate communication and care

• Valid PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide certification (required)
• Genuine compassion and respect for seniors
• Ability to follow individualized care plans
• Clear and consistent communication (phone & email)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Background check clearance

• PCA – $15.00 per hour
• CNA – $16.50 per hour
• Nursing Assistant – $15.50 per hour
• Earn a $0.50 per hour raise after completing paid training
