• PCA – $15.00/hr
• Nursing Assistant – $15.50/hr
• CNA – $16.50/hr
• Earn a $0.50/hr raise after completing paid training.

• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Keep the home clean and organized (light housekeeping, laundry, linens)
• Prepare simple, healthy meals
• Provide medication reminders and routine support
• Communicate with families and provide care updates

• Valid PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide certification (required)
• Kind, respectful, and dependable personality
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly
• Reliable communication (phone, text, and email)
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Dementia care experience a plus
• Must pass a background check
