- Answers telephone in a professional manner and routes calls as appropriate.
- Handles complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assumes responsibility for incoming mail opening and distribution.

- Maintains current and accurate filing system.
- Makes appointments and schedules individuals’ meetings as requested.
- Completes tasks assigned by immediate supervisors in a timely manner.

- Maintains strict confidentiality regarding administrative activities, patients and employees according to policy and procedures.
Experience
REQUIRED:
One year of clerical in an office setting.
PREFERRED:
One year of clerical in a medical environment.
Education
REQUIRED:
High School graduate.
PREFERRED:
Formal medical terminology course.
