The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office operations and at least two years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include preauthorization of surgeries, responding to patient inquiries, and assisting with billing inquiries. An Associate Degree is preferred, along with strong customer service skills and familiarity with medical terminology.
