We need an exceptional Patient Service Representative whose primary role is to manage inbound / outbound calls on a daily. This position will be cross-trained to back-up the front desk with duties to include check-in/check-out, scheduling patients and managing patient flow. The Patient Service Representative must demonstrate superior customer service, be a collaborative team player and tackle all tasks with utmost professionalism and enthusiasm.

Prior experience is not required - we are willing to train the right person.

Job duties of the Patient Service Representative include:

• Answer all calls in a timely fashion (50-100 calls per day).
• Schedule appointments following appropriate guidelines to maximize schedule density.
• Address any and all patient questions and concerns.
• Communicate clearly with patients and medical staff.
• Obtaining medical insurance information and processing eligibility.
• Entering demographics and payment information.
• Other general office duties as required.
