PT - Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating weekends at least once per month.

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in stroke rehabilitation and will provide effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs within a team of OTs and PTs. The unit features a variety of equipment and technologies to assist in patient care, ensuring optimal recovery processes.

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients with various diagnoses, focusing primarily on neurological cases.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic technologies such as Bioness UE Functional
  
  E. Stim, Diego, XCITE Functional E Stim, and others.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Assist and educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and resources.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using the Meditech Expanse documentation system.

• Hospital level inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Stroke rehabilitation experience is strongly preferred.
• Valid state licensure to practice occupational therapy.
