As an RBT, you will implement ABA therapy programs developed by a BCBA and provide one‑on‑one therapy to children in home and community settings in Virginia. You will help clients develop essential social, emotional, and life skills, collaborating closely with caregivers and the clinical team.
Responsibilities- Implement ABA therapy programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress.
- Work with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent therapy implementation.
- Participate in supervision and ongoing training provided by BCBAs.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients during therapy sessions.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
- Previous ABA field experience required.
- Previous RBT or behavior technician experience.
- RBT certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team‑oriented environment.
