Under the direct supervision of a therapist, the Rehab Tech provides patient care and assistance including patient transport, ADLs, transfers, strengthening, mobility, and ambulation tasks, as well as assist with leisure participation. The role requires maintaining a clean and safe working environment and providing assistance to therapists through direct care and delegated tasks. This position demands flexibility and reliability.
Qualifications and Skills- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation is preferred.
- High School diploma/GED required.
- High School or college degree with interest in further education related to healthcare.
- CPR certification required.
