Treat patients 1:1 for an hour. We are looking for a dynamic individual who wants to learn, solve problems and provide the best care for patients. Great opportunity with someone with background in ortho or dry needling to integrate pelvic health. This is a full-time on-site role for a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist (PT) at Fettle & Fit in Richmond, VA.

The therapist will be responsible for managing patients' overall plan of care according to the company's ethos and contributions to the team while ensuring good outcomes for patients, focusing on pelvic health and overall wellness.

Fettle & Fit is a Richmond-based holistic wellness company providing pelvic floor physical therapy, occupational therapy and yoga therapy. The company focuses on helping individuals achieve their goals through physical therapy, exercise, meditation, education, and community building. Fettle & Fit specializes in restoring inner trunk muscles for overall health, catering to various life stages such as pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, post-surgery, and gender affirming procedures.

• Physical therapy license and expertise with minimum level of pelvic floor 1 continuing education but preferably 2 years working in field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team setting following company processes and ethos
• Additional certifications in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, exercise, dry needling a plus
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of holistic wellness practices
• Desire to learn and grow
