Director, Clinical Education & Development

Life Net Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Education & Development to oversee the design, development, and implementation of educational programs for staff.

The Director will collaborate with leadership, educators, and clinical teams to align educational initiatives with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence.

• Develop and implement training strategies to improve donation outcomes and ensure clinical staff competency.
• Design and deliver comprehensive education and training programs for staff, including new-hire onboarding and ongoing education.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide oversight and guidance to assigned teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and tools to execute their duties.
• Manage resources and budget for clinical education and development.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Active Registered Nursing License.
• 10 years of leadership experience managing direct reports.
• 5 years of training experience in the business, healthcare, or transplant industry.
• 4 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field.
• Certified in Adult Learning Principles.
• 15 years of leadership experience managing direct reports.
• 7 years of training experience in a healthcare/medical setting.
• 4 years of nursing experience in critical care, medical/surgical trauma, thoracic, cardiovascular, pediatric, or ER.
