Richmond, VA – Seeking Hospitalist Advanced Providers.

As an Advanced Provider, you play a critical role in our mission to improve lives in Hospital Medicine and are a valued member of the full care team.

• Seeking Hospitalist physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• Current national certification and DEA are required.
• This is a FT Nocturnist opening.
• 12‑hour shifts.
• Current VA state license is a plus.
• Recruiting incentives available for qualified candidates.

• 104‑bed hospital with an annual volume of 5,900.
• Epic EMR.
• ICU, no trauma, low acuity community hospital setting.
• Overall encounters are typically no more than 5, usually around 2‑3 per night (including admissions and cross‑coverage).
• 1‑2 admissions per night, cross‑coverage for 15 patients.
