Mango Salon is seeking goal-oriented Hair Professionals with a passion for hair and customer service to work with guests in our high-volume Aveda salons. Roles available:
Full-time and Part-time experienced Hair Designers.

• Conduct guest consultations, perform hair cutting, coloring and styling services including AVEDA rituals and practices.
• Shampoo, style, and service guests while maintaining a high level of customer care.
• Maintain and grow your clientele through networking and social media.
• Provide excellent service on the salon floor and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Follow Mango processes and software for consultations and service delivery.

• High school diploma or GED and VA cosmetology license.
• Significant competency in product knowledge and customer service.
• Strong communication skills and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on environment.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for sustained periods; ability to lift/push light weights up to 25 pounds; capable of bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Experience working with Aveda products is a plus.

• Personable and service-driven.
• Accountable; willing to learn Mango processes and participate in consultations and services (shampooing, cutting, coloring, highlighting, balayage, styling).
• Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks within time standards.
• Adaptable and flexible; team-oriented; knowledge of salon services, products and promotions.
• Motivated with professionalism and a desire to learn.
