. Our Westhampton location is seeking a full-time or part-time experienced Master Barber with a passion for haircutting and customer service.

We are a high-volume Aveda salon that values precision, guest experience, and the ability to grow a clientele through social media and networking. Knowledge and experience with Aveda products is a plus.

• Provide high-quality barbering services with a focus on customer service and precision haircutting.
• Maintain and grow a client base through social media, networking, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Adhere to Mango AVEDA rituals and practices, including shampooing and related salon services as part of the guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure guest needs are satisfied and service standards are met.

• High school diploma or GED and VA Barbering license.
• Significant competency in product knowledge and customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to be solutions-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods; ability to lift up to 25 pounds; capable of repetitive movement with hands, wrists, and arms; close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision requirements.
