The opportunity:

We are now hiring licensed cosmetologists and barbers for both full-time and part-time positions in Richmond! Medusa Enterprises is a locally owned Great Clips franchise - part of the world’s largest salon brand! Be one of the GREATS! Whether you’re new to the industry or have years behind the chair…great opportunities await!

We offer a fast-paced environment and GREAT earning potential. Our salons are high volume having your customers walk in for service. We will fill your chair. We have a generous PTO policy for both FT and PT staff (earn time off from day-one,) as well as a 401k with 4% company match, and annual tool allowance.

• Active Virginia Cosmetology or Barber License
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe

• A steady flow of customers and immediate customer base – no current clientele required.
