• As a Fresh Talent employee, work as an assistant in our salons supporting our Hair Designers and performing hair services on Mango guests at a student level.
• Responsibilities include AVEDA rituals and practices, shampooing, color mixing and toners, color pull-throughs, maintaining overall cleanliness of the salon, and assisting the Designer team.
• Services on the floor will include hair cutting and coloring at a student level.
• Other tasks assigned by Salon Management team.

• High School Diploma/GED and Virginia Cosmetology License.
• Demonstrated competency in sales, products and service; developed communication skills; solutions-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Full-Time position with flexible scheduling; evenings and weekends; ability to work in any of our three locations.

• Physical requirements include standing and walking for a minimum of 4 hours; occasional ladder use; dexterity; lifting/pushing light weights under 25 pounds.
• Frequent reaching, bending, stopping, kneeling, talking, and use of hearing/vision.
