Senior Lessons Learned Knowledge Management Specialist

Pro Sidian is looking for a Senior Lessons Learned Knowledge Management Specialist to support an engagement for a combat support agency in the US Dept. of Defense.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in knowledge management and lessons learned, with experience in managing multifaceted projects and leading implementation of knowledge management strategies.

Key responsibilities include providing operational and retrograde knowledge management support, collecting data through the use of the DOD system of record, and assisting in the establishment of JLLIS sites in Agency HQ and field activities.

Requirements include a minimum of 15 years of experience in DoD Supply Chain Management, a Bachelor's degree, and a Secret clearance.

The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office products, and have experience with webinar platforms.
