This full-time, on-site Financial Services Representative role is based in Richmond, VA. In this position, you will provide financial guidance to clients, assist in identifying and addressing their unique financial needs, and develop personalized strategies for achieving long-term financial security. You will help clients navigate financial planning, investments, and insurance solutions, while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong, trust-based relationships.
Licensing and ongoing development oppurtunities offered by the firm.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Customer Service practices, with a focus on building strong client relationships
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative team environment
- Licenses and/or certifications in financial planning or insurance are a plus
