We're seeking a dynamic Corporate Controller to join our executive team and lead financial excellence across our extensive hotel portfolio. This is more than a finance role—it's a strategic leadership position that reports directly to the CEO and offers a clear pathway to VP of Accounting and/or CFO advancement.

• Provide visionary leadership and direction to our accounting team
• Oversee comprehensive financial reporting across 70 diverse hotel properties
• Drive financial performance analysis through detailed budget comparisons and variance analysis
• Coordinate and supervise month‑end close processes with precision and efficiency

• Interface directly with senior management to review performance and strategic objectives
• Champion financial policies and procedures while identifying improvement opportunities
• Lead budget preparation initiatives across our diverse hotel portfolio
• Identify and communicate business issues with accounting and tax implications

• Ensure exceptional financial results through rigorous oversight and analysis
• Support special projects that drive company growth and innovation
• Apply deep hospitality industry knowledge to optimize financial operations
