About the RoleReporting to the Controller
, the Senior Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial reporting, supporting audits, and strengthening internal controls across a multi‑entity organization. You'll collaborate closely with FP&A, operations, and senior leadership, contributing both technical expertise and business insight.
This role is well‑suited for an experienced accountant who enjoys balancing hands‑on execution with continuous improvement and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves in a fast‑moving environment.
What You’ll Do- Own and support monthly and year‑end close processes
, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP - Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Assist with multi‑entity consolidations
, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations - Coordinate the annual audit process
, partnering with external auditors and ensuring timely delivery of required documentation - Help design, implement, and monitor internal controls
, maintaining a strong control environment - Prepare management reporting and variance analyses to support leadership decision‑making
- Partner with FP&A and Operations to improve data accuracy and deliver meaningful financial insights
- Support special projects and process improvements as the business evolves
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal control principles
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working in ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience in multi‑entity or high‑growth environments
- Exposure to audit coordination or process improvement initiatives
