Senior Manager, Card Tech Finance

Overview

Senior Manager, Card Tech Finance – a leadership role focused on financial analysis, talent development, and strategic advisory for the Card Tech organization. This position drives financial insights, supports executive decision‑making, and builds cross‑functional relationships to deliver on Card’s agenda.

• Attract, manage, coach, and develop direct reports
• Create connections across the team and organization to drive collaboration
• Ownership of budget and forecast accuracy for areas of responsibility
• Leverage sound business judgment to evaluate analytical results and formulate recommendations
• Accurately analyze & explain key cost drivers and annual financial trajectory
• Provide strategic insights and suggest actions to business and finance partners

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 7 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination
• At least 3 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
• At least 1 year of people management experience

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• 5+ years experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
• 2+ years of people management experience
• 1+ year of people management experience managing both direct and indirect reports

Salary range:
McLean, VA – $177,700 - $202,800;
Richmond, VA – $161,500 - $184,300.
