• Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' long-term goals, including retirement, investment management, risk management, estate planning, and education funding strategies.
• Build and grow a personal book of business by cultivating relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships by conducting regular reviews, monitoring progress, and adjusting financial strategies as clients' goals and circumstances evolve.
• Educate and guide clients with thoughtful, well-informed financial advice while remaining current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Commit to continuous professional development through firm-sponsored training, mentorship, and ongoing education to enhance advisory expertise and client service.
