Location

This is a remote opportunity; candidates must reside within the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

What You'll Do
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual accounting, reconciliation and management of the purchase activities of the assigned book of business for payment to client(s) per contract terms.
  • Conduct monthly analysis and reporting of financial performance of the assigned book of business.
  • Financial management of the assigned book of business from the National Account Executive portfolio.
  • Interface with all levels of management, including National Account Executives, Regional Account Managers, corporate finance, Financial Service Center personnel and external clients for the contracts the analyst manages.
  • Demonstrate ability to engage and influence internal and external senior executives.
  • Client‑specific reporting and analysis.
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred) plus 3‑5 years relevant work experience.
  • Experience and understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, modeling);
    Access database knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tasks independently, and take ownership for assigned book of business.
  • Solid attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Problem‑solving, root‑cause analysis and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client‑facing experience focused on delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Collaborative team player toward successful establishment of goals and objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal leadership skills and ability to influence across a matrix organization.
  • Conflict management skills, capable of resolving conflicting needs and requirements.
  • Passion for driving innovation and growth, generating bold, creative ideas to improve performance and processes.
