We are currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst position for a reputable, stable corporation in the Richmond, VA area. This position will work closely with the VP Finance and partner with senior leadership to provide finance support to the businesses.

* This posiiton will be working a hybrid schedule(onsite in the office 3 days a week) and the company is only considering candidates that are local to the Richmond, VA area or looking to relocate to Richmond, VA.*

• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of the company's operating results for senior management.
• Develops and maintains models and tools to support effective and efficient analysis
• Create and maintain consolidated metrics and KPI reporting utilizing a variety of data sources including the Company's case management, payroll and financial systems
• Work with the Company's Business Intelligence department to learn how our data is structured to facilitate building reports for the asset management team when necessary.
• Support all aspects offinancialanalytics to include building reports, ensuring data integrity, assumptions analytics, and variance analysis.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for earnings call preparation and board meetings.
• Create insightful and actionable analyses to explain and act upon significant business initiatives.
• Develop bottoms up budget and forecasting models in partnership with operational and sales leadership
• Perform variance analysis communicating opportunities and anomalies to leadership in a timely and actionable manner
• Perform and coordinate project-based financial analysis and modeling to support capital spending, profitability, pricing, investment decisions, and productivity projects.
• Engage in developing insightful management information reports, developing performance monitoring and metrics dashboards, and facilitating the annual operating plan.

• BS in Finance or related field, MBA or CPA preferred
• 2+years of relevant experience
• Advanced analytic skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter
