Chase as a Private Client Banker based in Central Virginia, managing affluent clients’ banking relationships and driving growth through proactive, relationship‑based service.
- Serve as the main point of contact for selected affluent clients and other branch customers.
- Manage complete banking relationships, advise on products and services tailored to client needs.
- Partner with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) to connect clients to experts.
- Acquire new clients by soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources.
- Make client lives more convenient by setting up self‑service options for 24/7 account access.
- Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
- 1+ year experience as a Branch Banking Banker or equivalent, with verifiable success in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Demonstrated success using a value‑added, relationship‑oriented approach to deepen client relationships.
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
- Compliance with Dodd‑Frank/Truth‑in‑Lending Act requirements; SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration, and life licenses as applicable.
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
- College degree or military equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients.
- Strong team orientation with a long‑term career commitment to the firm.
