• Review and prepare individual, partnership, and S-Corp tax returns in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and execute tax strategies that help clients maximize outcomes.
• Provide guidance on credits, deductions, and tax planning opportunities.
• Review work completed by junior staff and ensure accuracy before submission.
• Maintain strong client relationships, offering support and clarity throughout the tax process.
• Stay up to date on tax law changes and filing requirements.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions into the firm’s systems.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in tax preparation (S-Corp and individual returns preferred).
• Experience with Quick Books and familiarity with high‑volume or complex tax filings.
• EA or CPA designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client‑service mindset.
