What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Vendor Enrollment Specialist within our Paymerang division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is located in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will act as a liaison between Paymerang, our clients (Customers and Partners), and their vendors. You will be responsible for obtaining payment instructions via phone and additional communication via email.
You will contact approximately 50-75 Vendors per day to determine if the Vendor accepts Credit Card payment on invoices. You will report directly to the Enrollment Manager and regularly collaborate with Client Success, Vendor Success, Fraud & Finance.
As a Vendor Enrollment Specialist
, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in Richmond office
- Formal, hands-on training
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing incoming payments without a confirmed payment method
- Following calling scripts while speaking with vendors
- Researching vendors in Google when necessary
- Matching vendor payment instructions when possible
- Confirming shared information before setting up payment instructions
- Inputting accurate payment instructions in our application with approved format
- Managing reports in our application
- Establishing and maintain courteous relationships with our Clients and their vendors
- Meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Demonstrated strong customer focus
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, clients, and vendors
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail with strong written and computer skills
- Strong phone contact skills, including active listening
- Proficiency in MS Office Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- 2 years of post-high school education, Associate Degree, or Military experience
- 2 years of experience in a customer contact environment
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Electronic Payments, Sales, or Collections experience
