Position: Adjustments Senior Operations Production Coordinator (Onsite)

* Perform research and monetary adjustment transactions in support of Adjustments operations
* Managing case inventory effectively
* Researching and resolving check transaction errors
* Communicate/ correspond with branches, internal departments, vendors and external banks as necessary
* Utilize multiple necessary systems and applications with proficiency
* Proactively identifying and reporting operational and /or customer experience issues appropriately to management
* Identifies quality or production issues and communicates them with management
* Follow direction and execute tasks efficiently following policies and procedures
* Always providing a positive customer experience
* Maintain quality and production scores within departmental expectations
* Identify and escalate issues to management as necessary
* Positive role model for the team
* Other responsibilities as assigned by management
* Work with software applications such as Acquire, TRIPS, Imagesoft, and Fedline, SVPCO

*** High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
* At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
* At least 2 years of Data Entry experience
* At least 1 year of experience within the financial or banking industry
* At least 1 year experience using Google Suites or Microsoft Office
* At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
* At least 2 years of experience in the financial or banking industry
